A short and easy day.
Late start at 8 as not far to go today. It was a short sharp drop of 1000m over 3km from the hut to the road, then 3km to town. Straight to a café for food and coffee. Arrived there at 11 so it was nice to chill out for the rest of the day.
Of course a hot shower and a couple of beers were also welcome.
Tomorrow we slack pack to Wanaka where we will stay for a couple of nights.

A lot of downhill. Nice.
